These terms cover Jaib at jaib.app, its mobile apps and browser extension. Jaib is a service for saving, organizing, reading and listening to articles. For support or questions about these terms, contact wdanieldib@gmail.com.

Your account and use of Jaib

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Use Jaib lawfully: do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use it to infringe another person's rights. You must be legally able to enter into these terms; if local law requires parental or guardian permission, obtain it before using Jaib.

Articles and generated content

Publishers and other rights holders retain ownership of their articles. Jaib does not grant rights to copy, redistribute or bypass publisher restrictions. Save and use content only where you have the necessary rights or permission. You retain your rights in your own annotations and other content you provide, and permit Jaib to process that content as needed to provide the service.

Submitted article URLs may create publicly accessible reader pages, including when using the homepage preview. Your account's library organization and annotations are separate from those article pages. Do not submit confidential links or content you do not want processed by the services described in our Privacy policy.

Extraction, summaries, recommendations, tagging and narration may contain errors or be unavailable for some articles. AI-generated output should be checked against the source and is not professional advice.

Free access and Premium subscriptions

Jaib offers free features and an optional Premium subscription. The advertised web price is USD 12 per year; applicable tax and the total charged are shown at checkout. Storefront prices or currencies may differ and are shown before purchase. Available features, supported platforms and any trial terms are described in the product and checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for another annual period unless canceled before renewal. Cancel using your subscription management link or the store where you purchased. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves paid access until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Any future price change will be communicated before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel.

Web purchases are conducted through our authorized reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles payments, taxes and billing. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to those transactions. RevenueCat helps manage subscriptions and verify access. Purchases through Google Play or Apple's App Store are subject to that store's applicable purchase terms. See our Refund policy.

Availability and ending access

We work to keep Jaib available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of every article or feature. Offline access depends on downloaded content, local assets and a valid cached access period; it is not unlimited. Keep independent copies of material you need to preserve.

We may suspend access for abuse, security risks or violations of these terms. You may stop using Jaib at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. Cancel paid subscriptions separately. If a material service change or discontinuation affects your paid access, contact us for an appropriate remedy, including any refund required by law.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jaib is provided as available, and we do not guarantee third-party content or AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes remedies for defective services. Applicable mandatory consumer law continues to apply.
