Refund policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

We want Jaib Premium to work for you. For web subscriptions purchased through Paddle, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge or an annual renewal charge, for any reason, even if you have used the service. This voluntary policy is in addition to your mandatory consumer rights.

Requesting a web refund

Email wdanieldib@gmail.com or contact Paddle buyer support within the 14-day period. Include the purchase email and receipt or transaction reference so the charge can be located. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents in your refund request.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for web purchases and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the refund appears; we cannot promise a specific bank-processing time. Refunded Premium access may end when the refund is processed.

After 14 days

Contact us if there is a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a billing error, or a technical problem preventing use of the paid service. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Refunds required by applicable law remain available; this policy does not limit statutory rights. Except for eligible refunds or legal remedies, unused portions of a paid period are not automatically refunded.

Google Play and App Store purchases

Purchases billed by Google Play or Apple's App Store follow that store's refund process and applicable rules. Request a refund through Google Play or Apple. Contact us for help identifying your purchase provider. Jaib cannot override a store's refund decision.

Canceling renewal

Cancel using Jaib's subscription management link, Paddle buyer support, or the store that billed you. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the paid period ends; it does not automatically request a refund. Uninstalling Jaib or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Free access and uncharged trials have no payment to refund.
